1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your product arrives damaged in transit, contains a production or printing defect, or does not match the exact item, color, or size variant listed on your original invoice, we will issue a 100% free replacement or a full refund.

All damage or product discrepancy claims must be formally filed via email at DaljitK@dkstoreofficial.com within three (3) calendar days of the delivery timestamp indicated by your tracking number. Late submissions will not be approved.
📸 Required Visual Evidence:
To authenticate a claim, you must provide clear, high-resolution photographs or video footage displaying the physical defect, misprint, or structural damage.

For apparel sizing issues, the item must be photographed flat on a level surface with a standard measuring tape placed across the chest or inseam to prove the error.

For electronics or mechanical features, a brief video demonstrating the system failure is required.

2. Shipment Delays & Non-Delivery

All outbound shipments are monitored using secure tracking identifiers. You are entitled to a full financial refund or an immediate free reshipment under the following logistical conditions:

  • Transit Thresholds: If your parcel fails to arrive within 45 business days for domestic United States destinations, or 60 business days for international orders from the date of formal shipment, the package will be deemed legally lost.
  • Delivery Status Discrepancies: If your tracking history registers the package status as “Delivered” but you have not physically received the shipment, you must first check your surroundings and contact your local mail carrier.

    We require an official “Non-Delivery Certificate” or formal lost mail letter from your local post office or courier branch to validate a store-level refund or replacement order.
  • Unclaimed or Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned, discarded, or detained by regional carriers because an incorrect shipping address was supplied at checkout, or because the recipient failed to claim the delivery, the store is not liable and no refunds or free reshipments will be granted.

3. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Because our automated print systems and regional warehouses process incoming order files immediately, orders may only be modified or canceled for a full refund within two (2) hours of final payment.

Post-Processing Restrictions:
Once an item moves into the active production queue or a custom logistics tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled, redirected, or refunded.

4. Change of Mind and Sizing Policies

Because our items are custom-printed on demand just for you or allocated via dedicated automation queues, we do not accept standard returns, item swaps, or refund requests due to buyer remorse, a change of mind, or manual size selection mistakes made during checkout.

📏 Size Verification Requirements:
Accurate dimensional specifications and measurement guidelines are provided directly on our individual product catalog pages. Please review these parameters thoroughly before submitting an order.

If you find yourself with an incorrect clothing size due to an ordering error, contact our help desk. We will issue a custom, single-use 50% discount coupon to help you secure the correct item size immediately.

5. Prohibited Independent Return Dispatches

🚫 Do Not Send Deliveries Back to the Return Label Address

Under no circumstances should you mail a package back to the physical return or manufacturing address printed on your shipping box. Our manufacturing facilities and fulfillment centers are highly automated and cannot receive or process unscheduled public incoming mail.

Any unauthorized packages sent directly to manufacturing centers will be discarded by logistics staff, which will automatically invalidate your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

All return issues must first be initiated via email with our support staff.

💳 Refund Processing Time:
Approved financial adjustments are credited back to your original payment card or processing gateway within three (3) to five (5) standard banking business days.

👕 For Print-on-Demand Items

Our physical items are custom-fulfilled by Printify. These are produced on-demand and not stored in inventory. As such, returns are not accepted unless specific conditions apply. Replacements are granted only in these cases:

  • Damaged item upon delivery
  • Product received is incorrect in size, type, or design
  • Noticeable manufacturing defects

🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

  • You selected the wrong variant (size or color)

Digital products like eBooks, planners, and templates are instantly delivered to your inbox or download section. As per our store rules, these products are non-refundable and cannot be returned once downloaded.
