Our physical items are custom-fulfilled by Printify. These are produced on-demand and not stored in inventory. As such, returns are not accepted unless specific conditions apply. Replacements are granted only in these cases:

- Noticeable manufacturing defects

Digital products like eBooks, planners, and templates are instantly delivered to your inbox or download section. As per our store rules, these products are non-refundable and cannot be returned once downloaded.
However, in rare cases where a technical issue prevents you from receiving your file (e.g., broken link or failed download), you may contact us for immediate support. We’re happy to help ensure your purchase is usable and delivered.
