GlowByDK products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner Printify. This policy summarizes how processing, shipping, and delivery work when you place an order on dkstoreofficial.com.

  • We currently ship to selected regions (e.g., US, UK, EU/selected countries, CA, AU/NZ, UAE, JP, KR). Availability depends on the product/provider shown at checkout.

  • Some orders may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost.

1) Order Processing & Production Times

Once your order is placed and paid, it’s routed to a Printify print provider best suited to your destination and product. Typical production time is 2–7 business days, but may vary by item, season, or capacity.

2) Shipping Methods, Regions & Carriers

Printify partners with well-known carriers (national posts and couriers). Available methods and destinations are determined by the selected print provider and will be shown at checkout. For a general reference, see Printify’s shipping information.

  • Tracking is provided whenever the carrier supports it (you’ll receive a tracking link by email).
  • Duties & taxes may apply depending on your country’s import rules and are the buyer’s responsibility, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to decline shipping to locations unsupported by the provider or carriers. Some providers/carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, especially internationally.

3) Estimated Delivery Window

Estimated delivery = Production (2–7 business days) + Shipping (varies by region).

  • United States: ~3–8 business days after production
  • United Kingdom / EU (selected countries): ~3–10 business days after production
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: ~4–12 business days after production
  • UAE, Japan, South Korea: ~5–14 business days after production
  • Remote/rural areas may take longer

Delays can occur during peak seasons, customs inspection, adverse weather, or carrier constraints. We’ll help monitor any extended delay—just reach out via our contact page.

4) Multiple Parcels

If your order contains items produced at different facilities, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will only be charged the shipping shown at checkout.

5) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your address (including apartment/house number and postal code) at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship once you confirm a corrected address. Additional shipping costs may apply.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the parcel, please check with household members, neighbors, your building/office reception and your carrier first. Then contact us so we can assist.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST or other import fees charged by your local customs office. These fees (if any) are not collected by GlowByDK and are the responsibility of the customer.

7) Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin production quickly. If you need a change or cancellation, contact us immediately via our contact page. Orders generally cannot be canceled once production has started or the order has shipped.

8) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packing slip so we can investigate with our print provider (Printify) and arrange a replacement where applicable.

9) Returns & Refunds

Because items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size/color preference (please use size guides where available). For hygiene/health reasons certain categories (e.g., face coverings/undergarments) may be non-returnable unless defective. For full details, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

10) Your Data & Privacy

We share the minimum necessary information with our print and shipping partners (e.g., name, shipping address) to fulfill your order. For how we handle and protect your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

12) Claims, Address Issues & Cancellations — Summary

  • Claim window: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is marked delivered. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Proof required: Please include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description so we can file a claim with our print provider (Printify).
  • Incorrect or insufficient address: If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect/incomplete and the order is returned or cannot be delivered, re-shipment is available once corrected and additional shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Unclaimed/Refused returns: If a package is returned to the print facility unclaimed or refused, re-shipment requires payment of new shipping fees. After a period, unclaimed returns may be donated or disposed of.
  • No returns for buyer’s remorse/size selection: Because all items are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, fit, or preference.
  • Split shipments: Your order may ship in separate packages as items can be produced at different facilities.
  • PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Some carriers/providers cannot deliver to PO boxes or military addresses, especially for international orders. If applicable, we’ll contact you for an alternate address.
  • Cancellations: Orders generally cannot be canceled once production has begun.
